Hi, I'm Diana,

The modern world has many wonderful things to offer and many pitfalls. Having raised several children to successful adulthood and still with a little one, I know what it takes to keep things together.

Vistal is here to inspire, encourage, and offer tools to help you calm the craziness and increase the richness of this thing we call life.

I have worked in the corporate world as an Engineer and understand long hours and hard work while balancing duties at home with little ones. I have lived on an island one mile long and in a large city with commutes and freeways and business. I was a D1 level athlete while balancing school, work, and home life. I have chosen a simpler path, closer to nature and my family. Home cooked meals, home schooled kids, high level sports and backyard barbecues.
